holistic coaching & therapeutic cooking for your health & enjoyment

Health Coaching

support & sustainability

Feeling overwhelmed and confused by conflicting opinions regarding nutrition? That makes two of us. Health coaching guides you toward wellness through simple action steps designed to meet your individual needs - a personalized approach built on sustainability and joy. This way, you’ll create genuine passion and persistence to care for yourself regardless of outcome - embracing an authentic lifestyle to evolve and serve you through the ages.

Therapeutic Cooking

food as medicine

With equal interest in health and indulgence, I’m inspired to prepare dishes that enhance both taste and nutrition. A plant-forward, whole foods diet improves our ability to prevent, manage, and reverse disease… yet is often easier said than done. Thankfully, transitioning to a more supportive diet doesn’t have to be tasteless or complicated. It may, however, require a bit of planning and practice.

Classes & Catering

in the kitchen

Cooking classes are designed for individuals, couples, kids, families, and friends who enjoy hands-on learning. Learn tips and tricks to support your health with whole food recipes that will motivate you to cook with purpose and pleasure.

Allergy-friendly baked goods & catering services are available for small gatherings/private order; please inquire.
