Three 60-min virtual coaching calls per month for 3 months
One 20-min check-in call each 4th week
Weekly action steps to direct and enrich your health/self-care practice
Educational resources, recipe inspiration, and meal planning assistance
Introduction to mindset and body work to engage the parasympathetic nervous system, reconstruct neural pathways, and promote emotional healing
Information and guided implementation to aid physical health: nutrition for optimal wellness & bio-individuality, mindful and intuitive eating strategies, intro to non-toxic personal care & cleaning products, blissful & consistent movement recommendations and more
Therapeutic Cooking
Let’s cook together! If you’re culinary routine is in need of an upgrade, this fun, collaborative experience will guide you to:
implement recommended diet changes and/or a specific therapeutic protocol
prepare delicious, home-cooked meals
transition to healthier habits and whole foods
learn about healthy ingredients
receive new recipe inspiration
combat fatigue and other chronic symptoms with focused and applied nutrition
gain confidence and comfortability in the kitchen
